Denver Area Festivals for Fall

Pumpkin Harvest Festival at Four Mile Historic Park

There is so much to do at the Pumpkin Harvest Festival from visiting the pumpkin patch to ax throwing and everything in between. You can:

Price: $16-$35 prices go up the day of the event so buy your tickets online prior to attending. VIP Pumpkin packages are available.

Note: This festival gets busy so get there early!

Berry Patch Farms Fall Festival

During the Fall they have Hay rides, straw maze, crafts, games, picnics, scavenger hunts, and more! Available Oct 8th, 15th, 22nd, and 29th from 10 am – 4 pm. There is also a Pick Your Own Farm.

Open: Tuesdays and Saturdays

Hours: Tue 10am to 1pm. Sat 10am to 4pm

Price: Children age 2+ are $7. $2 per adult. Children under 2 are free. Pumpkins are separate.

Littleton Museum Harvest Festival

Buy your Halloween pumpkins and enjoy wagon rides, carnival games, and other fun activities.

Open: Sat, October 8, 2022

Hours: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Price: $10-$40

Botanic Gardens Pumpkin Festival

Spend a day with gorgeous views at Chatfield Farms. Visit the pumpkin patch (pumpkins are extra), take a stroll through the corn maze, bounce houses, food trucks, tractor rides, face painting, balloon animals, and live music.

Open: Friday – Sunday, Oct. 7-9

Hours: 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Location: 8500 W Deer Creek Canyon Road Littleton, CO 80128

Price: $15 Adults, $13 Seniors (65+), $11 Children (ages 3-15), Free admission for children 2 and younger. Military, Member, and Student discounts are available. Tickets must be purchased online and cannot be bought at the door.

Growing Gardens Community Festival

Pumpkin and face painting, lawn games, Goat Dairy goats, and more. A bluegrass band will be performing while you enjoy delicious food from local food trucks and grab a drink from the Biergarten. They will also have pumpkins, fall perennials, and Long’s Gardens Iris bulbs for sale!

Open: October 12th

Hours: 4-7 pm

Price: Free, but donations are highly encouraged.

Schweiger Ranch Fall Festival

Pumpkin Patch, Wagon Rides, Petting Zoo, Vendor Tents, Food Trucks, Live Music from Dustbowl Daughters, Live Pumpkin Carving from Bloom Orthodontics.

11AM, 12PM, 1PM Story Time & Marshmallow Roasting

Open: Saturday, October 15th

Hours: 10AM-2PM

Price: Pricing is not available. Hayrides are free, but reservations need to be made prior to attending.

Smith Farms Giant Pumpkin Festival

Fun activities include Giant Jumping Pillow, Farm Animals, Corn Pool, Hay Rides and More!

Open: Saturday, October 15th

Hours: 10am – 4pm

Price: Admission is free.

Anderson Farms Fall Festival

Visit the Anderson Farms Fall Festival where you can take a barrel ride, combine slide, corn maze, pumpkin canon, pedal karts, farm animals, fire pits, and much much more. Pumpkins are extra!

Open: September 21st – October 31st

Hours: 10am – 6pm (time depends on the day)

Price: from $17 to $37 depending on day and time.

Miner’s Pumpkin Patch

Support the Western Museum of Mining and Industry with their fall festival pumpkin patch. You can play lawn games, take hayrides, pan for gold, sack races, and more.

Open: Saturdays in October 1, 8, 15, 22, 29

Hours: 9 am – 4 pm

Location: 225 North Gate Blvd Colorado Springs, Colorado 80921

Prices: $10 online or $12 at the gate. Age 3 and under Free.

Spooky Streets at SouthGlenn

Free fall fun for the entire family! Enjoy an entertainment stage, face painting, balloon artists, dance party, a parade of costumes, and MORE!

Open: Friday, October 21st

Treat Street

Games and activities, petting farm, live entertainment, costume contest, pumpkin painting, adult beverages, food trucks, and more! First ever HALLO-WEENIE Races where Dachshund dogs will race to the finish line.

Price: Tickets are $10 per person. Kids under 2 years old are FREE. Wear your Halloween costume and receive FREE entry! Tickets can be purchased online or at the event.

Applefest at Yaya Farm and Orchard

Visit Yaya Farm and Orchard and take part in Applefest. Your ticket includes a plate from the fabulous Nordy’s BBQ, plus apples and apple cider donuts, and live bluegrass music from a local band.

Open: Saturday 22nd & Sunday 23rd

Hours: 3:30pm – 6pm

Price: Adults $45 (11 and up), Kids 10 and under $22, and 3 years and under $5

Fall Flannel Fest

Head down to the Dairy Block and spend the day listening to live music, face paintings, a live pumpkin carver, a photo booth and so much MORE! Kids will also have the opportunity to trick-or-treat through the Alley & around the block, with candy bags provided. Come dressed in your favorite flannel or Halloween costume.

Olde Town Arvada’s Trick or Treat Street

Participating businesses will be handing out candy from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm or while supplies last. Costume contests will start at 7:00 pm in Olde Town Square.

Harvest Hoot at Children’s Museum

Dress to impress in your costume and enjoy fun activities like fang-tastic bites from The Teaching Kitchen, carnival games, boo-tiful crafts and so much more! Note: There is no trick or treating for this event.

Hours: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 9 am – 4 pm

Prices: Reservations required. Under 1 is Free. Ages 1 & 60 are $15. Ages 2-59 are $17. Members: Free.

Photo Opportunities: Costumed families playing carnival games, making Halloween crafts, riding the mini-train, and more, all in the middle of a fall festival full of pumpkins, corn stalks, and hay bales.
