Ingredients for Chicken Salad Dill Pickle Boats
You are going to need:
⦁ 1 Rotisserie Chicken (Shredded)
⦁ 2 cups of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
⦁ ¾ cup Light Miracle Whip or Mayo
⦁ 1 cup of Sour Cream
⦁ 1 cup of Bacon Bits (either precooked or freshly cooked)
⦁ 1 cup of Green Onions (Chopped)
⦁ 1 teaspoon of Onion Powder
⦁ 1 teaspoon of Garlic Powder
⦁ 1 teaspoon of Dill Weed
⦁ Large Whole Dill Pickles
How to make Chicken Salad Pickle Boats Recipe
Start by cutting your pickles in half and scoping the insides out with a spoon. Set aside.
Place all of your remaining ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
Mix until well combined.
Fill each pickle half with your chicken salad mixture.
