Dips are such an easy, but delicious snack or appetizer. They’re quick to put together, got with a lot of items, great on charcuterie boards, and more. Dill pickle dip is a cool and creamy dip that is great during the warmer months but can be enjoyed any time of year.

Easy Dill Pickle Dip

If you’ve checked out my other recipes you know I love easy, quick, and delicious. Dill pickle dip is quick, easy, and oh so delicious! You’ll need just a few minutes and 7 ingredients to make your dill pickle dip. Add pickle dip to a charcuterie board for a tangy and creamy dip option.

To make dill pickle dip you’re going to need:

⦁ 4 to 5 Dill Pickle Spears (diced)
⦁ 1 cup Miracle Whip
⦁ 1 cup Sour Cream
⦁ 1 teaspoon of Onion Powder
⦁ 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
⦁ 1 teaspoon Dill Weed
⦁ ¼ cup of Pickle Juice
⦁ Crackers, Chips, or Veggies for dipping

How to Make Dill Pickle Dip

Start by placing your diced pickles, miracle whip, sour cream, onion powder, garlic powder, dill weed, and pickle juice into a large mixing bowl.

Mix on high until well combined.

Garnish with dill weed and half a pickle if desired.

Serve with crackers, chips, or veggies, and enjoy!

*If you find your dip is too thick add small amounts of pickle juice until it’s a consistency you like.

How to Store Pickle Dip

Store pickle dip in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a few days.

Dill Pickle Dip Tips and Tricks

Elevate the flavor of your pickle dip with different types of pickles. Add in some hot pickles or sweet pickles to give your dip more flavor.

Substitute the miracle whip with 8oz of cream cheese for a dill pickle dip with cream cheese.

Add in 3 tablespoons of dry ranch mix to make a ranch pickle dip.

Use dill pickle dip as a spread for sandwiches and wraps.

Make a dill pickle cheese ball by switching the miracle whip to cream cheese, place it on plastic wrap, wrap it into a ball, and place it in the fridge for 1-2 hours to set.

Want more heat? Add some diced jalapenos to the dip.

Dill Pickle Dip with Ham

Want to make pickle dip with ham? Follow the same steps as above, but add in 1 cup of diced ham. You can use ham from the deli counter, lunch meat, leftover ham from a holiday meal, or cooked ham from the meat section of the grocery store.

Dill pickle dip with ham is a great way to use up leftover ham.

What to Eat with Dill Pickle Dip

  • Ritz Crackers or another type of cracker
  • Potato Chips like plain ruffles
  • Veggies like carrots or celery
  • Spread it in a wrap
