Sharing is caring!

Instant Pot buffalo chicken dip is a quick and easy dip recipe. This one-pot instant pot recipe is ready in minutes and perfect as a party appetizer dip, super bowl dip recipe, charcuterie board dip, and more.

My kids love Buffalo Chicken, so turning it into a dip we can add to charcuterie boards, snack boards, wraps, or sandwiches is a must around here. Buffalo Chicken dip is so easy to make, there is very little prep work, and it’s ready in minutes. The best part is you only need one pot for this and it’s your instant pot liner.

Instant Pot Buffalo Chicken Dip

One of the things I don’t like about the “original” buffalo chicken dip recipe is canned chicken. I’m not a huge fan of it and prefer to use fresh chicken breasts. So this recipe uses fresh chicken breasts and all of the other ingredients from buffalo chicken dip.

If you normally do crockpot buffalo chicken dip or bake your buffalo chicken dip using the Instant Pot is going to be a lot faster and you don’t have to watch it. The instant pot does all the work and makes this dish so quick and easy to make. If you’re looking for a buffalo chicken dip without dressing my recipe doesn’t use ranch because my daughter doesn’t like it, but you can easily add it in.

Buffalo Chicken Dip Alternate Ways

Do you want to make Instant Pot buffalo chicken dip with canned chickenn or rotisserie chicken? You can! Since the chicken is already cooked you’re going to put your pot on saute. Once it has heated up place your chicken and all of your ingredients into the Instant Pot.

Saute everything until heated through and melted. About 5 minutes or so. Serve in a bowl with the dippers of your choice!
