Strawberry Crunch Topping

Strawberry Crunch Topping

Sharing is caring!

Strawberry Crunch Topping or strawberry shortcake crumbles is an easy-to-make crumble that is perfect for adding to ice cream, cookies, cakes, pies, and more. Strawberry Crunch Topping uses only 3 ingredients and is ready in under 15 minutes. It tastes just like the outside of a Strawberry Shortcake ice cream bar.

This strawberry crunch topping recipe does not use pudding mix or flour, but instead golden Oreos. So it’s a strawberry shortcake crumble with Oreos. Strawberry crunch topping is a fun reddish-pink color and adds a lovely pop of color and flavor to any of your desserts. I used mine on Strawberry Cheesecake Hot Cocoa Bombs.

My family loves this crumble. I also prefer the jello over freeze dried strawberries.
