Berry Cheesecake cones use sugar ice cream cones, a no-bake cheesecake filling, and fresh berries to make this simple and delicious patriotic dessert.

Berry Cheesecake Cones Ingredients

⦁ 16 oz. of Cream Cheese
⦁ 1 cup of Sweetened Condensed Milk
⦁ 1 teaspoon of Vanilla
⦁ ⅛ cup of Lemon Juice
⦁ 8 oz. of Cool Whip
⦁ Piping Bags
⦁ Diced Strawberries
⦁ Blueberries
⦁ Blue Melting Candies
⦁ Red and White Sprinkles
⦁ Star Sprinkles
⦁ Waffle Cones

Berry Cheesecake Cones Directions

Start by placing your cream cheese, condensed milk, vanilla, lemon juice, and cool whip into your mixer.

Mix on high until smooth.

Place cheesecake mixture in piping bags and set aside in the fridge.

Melt down your candies in the microwave until smooth.

Dip the top of your waffle cone in the melting chocolate and let cool for about 1 minute.

Sprinkle chocolate with red and white sprinkles, and place in the freezer to set and harden.

Once set, fill your cones with a spoonful of strawberries and a spoonful of blueberries.

Fill the rest of the way with your cheesecake mixture, using your piping bag.

Top with additional berries and star sprinkles.

Serve and enjoy!

How to Store Berry Cheesecake Cones

Strawberry cheesecake cones can be stored in the fridge for 1-2 days, but are best enjoyed the day of. You can always make the filling beforehand and assemble the cones right before eating, but the cheesecake filling needs to be stored in the fridge.
