Chocolate Bunny Easter Cupcakes

Chocolate Bunny Easter Cupcakes

These easy bunny cupcakes are made with chocolate Easter bunnies, edible Easter grass, and candy carrots. They’re so easy to make and the perfect kid friendly Easter cupcake recipe.

When it comes to holiday baking I love simple and easy, but delicious. For these cupcakes I used a mini bundt pan and whatever cake mix I had laying around the house. Prepare per package direction and fill the bundt pan 2/3 full. Bake per box temp. I checked mine after 20 mins, but they took closer to 25 mins to bake.

For the frosting I took white frosting and added some green food coloring gel and mixed it together well. For the edible Easter grass I used Wilton’s Easter Grass Sprinkles, but green jimmies sprinkles or green sugar sprinkles could work too.

You’ll want to frost your cupcakes, once they’ve cooled, and then add the sprinkles on top. Add a small chocolate bunny in the center and sugar carrots. Easy and done!

I love those little chocolate bunnies. They're even more adorable in a cupcake. Thanks for sharing your post. I'll be featuring it in my Easter roundup.
