  • Use candy melts for different colored chocolate. You could even do a rainbow of colors.
  • Switch up the mini marshmallows with lucky charm marshmallows or rainbow mini marshmallows
  • Change the sprinkles for a different look.
  • Use a chocolate melter for easier melting.

You can store chocolate bark in an air-tight container in a cool place for up to several weeks. Chocolate bark does not need to be stored in a refrigerator unless you think it will melt.

Here is what you’ll need:

⦁ 1 small bag of Green Melting Chocolate
⦁ Gold Sugar Sprinkles
⦁ Mini Marshmallows
AirHeads XTREMES Bites
⦁ Parchment Paper
⦁ Cookie Sheet

Here is how to make St Patrick’s Day Candy Bark

Start by melting down your chocolate and almond bark in two separate bowls. Microwave in 45-second intervals until smooth.

Line your cookie sheet with parchment paper and pour your vanilla almond bark on top. Smooth out evenly.

Spoon your green chocolate on top of your almond bark.

Using a knife cut the chocolate to create a marbleized effect. You can also use a toothpick or skewer to do this.

Sprinkle your bark with gold sugar and airhead bites.

Next add your mini marshmallows to the end of your bites, for clouds. You have to work quickly so the chocolate doesn’t harden.

Place in the freezer for 10 minutes.

Break into pieces.
