Unicorn snacks are so much fun and so full of color. This easy unicorn snack is a Unicorn S’more Snack mix that combines a few simple ingredients to make a delicious snack that is so easy to make even your little kids can make it! Combine graham crackers, rainbow marshmallows, chocolate chips, and unicorn sprinkles together for a unicorn s’more snack mix that is a low-mess snack and makes the perfect unicorn party food.

My girls are all about Unicorns. So much so that our daughter had a Unicorn birthday party a few years ago and our youngest is obsessed with all things unicorns. What’s not to love? Unicorns are so pretty, fun, and colorful. I am a little obsessed too. To celebrate their love for Unicorns we made this delicious snack mix that was ready in about 5 minutes and they got to help!

Unicorn S’more Snack Mix

Unicorn S’more Snack Mix combines graham crackers, chocolate chips, rainbow marshmallows, and unicorn sprinkles into an easy Unicorn snack. It’s perfect for a movie night, a special treat in a school lunch, or to serve at a unicorn or rainbow-themed party. It’s the perfect easy unicorn food idea.

When it comes to making your unicorn s’more snack mix there are a variety of ways you can make this. Different cracker types, different chocolate chips, different sprinkles, and different marshmallows. For my snack mix, I grabbed all of my ingredients from Walmart and used a combination of items.

What Chocolate Chips to Use For Unicorn S’more Snack Mix

The best chocolate chips for unicorn s’more snack mix are the funfetti chocolate chips and Yummallo pastel baking chips. However, you can use whatever chocolate chips you can find. Walmart also has some galaxy glitter chocolate chips that would be perfect for this, but plain ones will work. You could also skip the chocolate chips and use pastel-colored m&m’s.

What Marshmallows to Use for Unicorn S’more Snack Mix

I found the best variety of rainbow and pastel marshmallows at Walmart with the Yummallo brand. They’re cheap and perfect for Unicorn snacks.

• Unicorn Mix – This is a combination of mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and sprinkles.
• Rainbow Cereal Marshmallows – like lucky charms cereal marshmallows
• Yummallo Mini Rainbows
• Yummallo Yummix Mix

The Best Unicorn Sprinkles for Unicorn Snacks

Let’s talk sprinkles. You can use ANY Unicorn sprinkles that you find or you can leave them out. These are totally optional, but I love the look of the little unicorn heads or horns in this mix.

How to Make Unicorn S’more Snack Mix

To make your Unicorn S’more Snack Mix you are going to need:

• 1 box Golden Grahams Cereal 12 oz
• 1 bag chocolate chips 12 oz – if using multiple kinds of chocolate chips use half of each bag or 6oz each
• 1 bag of marshmallows, use half the bag so 8 oz
• Unicorn Sprinkles, optional

How to make Unicorn S’mores Snack Mix

Now that you have all of your ingredients you are going to pour everything into a bowl and give it a good mix. Be gentle so you don’t break the Golden Grahams Cereal.

Store in an air-tight container until you’re ready to enjoy. It should last up to a week or two, but I doubt it will last that long.

If you don’t like the amount of something in this recipe you can always add more or less of it to your liking.

How to Service Unicorn S’more Snack Mix

You can serve your unicorn snack mix in a big bowl and let people grab as much as they want, but I love the look of adding the snack mix to cellophane bags with a cute little tag. This can serve as a DIY unicorn party favor or as a snack that lots of hands won’t be touching. You could even add the snack mix to paper snack cups with lids.
