Piggy Paint: The Natural as Mud Nail Polish for Kids!

Sharing is caring!

I participated in a campaign on behalf of Mom Central Consulting for Piggy Paint. I received a product sample to facilitate my review and a promotional item to thank me for participating.

My toddler loves getting her nails painted. When we go into the beauty section of a store she always wants a new nail polish and when I get my nails done, she wants hers done too. I am always hesitant with letting her get them painted because of the strong chemicals and toxins in regular nail polish. So when I learned about piggy paint and how it was a safe nail polish for kids I was all over it.

Piggy Paint

Piggy Paint is a natural, eco-friendly nail polish designed for fancy girls. Its non-toxic, hypoallergenic formula makes it safe to use on all piggies. Piggy Paint dries to a hard, durable finish that can easily be removed with our eco-friendly, low odor Piggy Paint nail polish remover.  Both are made in the USA!

When our Color Me Happy Gift Set arrived my toddler lost her mind. Not only did she get her own set of nail polishes, but they came in spring perfect colors. Pinks, Greens, Blues, and a few other colors that are bright, beautiful, and shimmery. Talk about a little girl in heaven and a happy mom because I knew my daughter could have pretty nails without the harsh chemicals.

Of course she wanted her nails done instantly and who was I to say no? She picked the pretty pink, Jazz it Up, and we got to work painting. I love how the brush is small in design for tiny nails. It allowed me to paint her nails with ease and without a big mess and I was shocked that there was almost no odor. The slight odor I did smell was like craft paint, nothing harsh or headache inducing. To ensure maximum dryness and chip resistance we used a hair dryer, to dry polish in one minute with a warm heat/low setting and for some extra fun while waiting for the polish to dry you can sing 2 rounds of the ABC’s and then you’re little princess is all done!

Piggy Paint Color My Happy Gift Set

The toddler is in love with her new pink nails and with spring here we will have lots more mommy daughter nail painting sessions using all of the other fun colors in the Color My Happy Gift Set. I love that it’s safe for her to use and that the polish dries quickly and is chip resistance. It’s the perfect nail polish for kids, pregnant woman looking to stay away from regular polish, or anyone who wants a more natural polish. I look forward to using piggy paint on myself as well.

I love piggy paint nail polish- especially the pink (I think the shade is called "LOL".) I used this during my pregnancy and now I use it on my neices- they love the blue and the purple. Have you tried their polish remover? I am curious if it works like the regular polish remover...

I think they have the best bright colors! And it's so nice to have a mom-toxic alternative. I mean, you can't just NOT have nail polish, right?
