Philly Cheesesteak Roll-ups

Move over boring sandwiches and hello delicious, fun lunches. I can’t believe we’re already back to school. It means homework, schedules, and packing lunches. My kids take a lunch from home everyday and they usually get a sandwich, but this year I want to liven their lunches up a bit so we got a thermos so they can take hot lunches and I’m trying to think outside the sandwich when making lunches. Sometimes it’s dinner leftovers, sometimes it’s homemade lunchables, or fun twists on classics like Philly Cheesesteak.

We’re big meat eaters in our family and the kids love beef. Hot, cold, and in a variety of ways. Philly Cheesesteaks are a classic and I’ve decided to put a lunchbox friendly twist on them for our little ones to enjoy at school. These also work great for on-the-go lunches for mom and dad too and they can be served hot or cold.

Castle Wood Reserve Meats and Cheeses

For our Philly Cheesesteak Roll-Ups I’ll be combining Castle Wood Reserve® meats and cheeses. Their meats contain No binders, No MSG, Trans-fat Free, and Gluten Free and their cheeses contain No MSG, Trans-fat Free, Gluten Free and All cheeses are rBST free. This is exactly what I look for when purchasing meats and cheese for our home. They’re conveniently available at Walmart in the Deli coolers so I can easily pick them up on my shopping trips. Another great thing about Castle Wood Reserve® premium meats and cheeses is that they’re versatile enough for a charcuterie board or lunch box, but the unmatched flavor will have you eating them on their own. Anyone else go into the fridge for meat and cheese roll-ups as a quick and easy snack?!

Philly Cheesesteal Roll-Up Ingredients
