Butterfinger Cookie Dough Brownies2

Butterfingers, Cookie Dough, and Brownie mix combine to leave you with a decadent treat that’s chocolaty, peanut-buttery, and oh so good. Butterfinger cookie dough brownies are the perfect baked goodie for anyone who loves peanut butter and chocolate. Bonus: They’re super easy to make!

Baking & More Mixes

Cookies and brownies are a favorite in our house and I typically use a boxed mix because they’re good and they’re easy to whip up. When I saw that Tollhouse has new baking mixes, Brownies & More and Cookies & More, I knew I had to try them out. Plus, I’m long overdue to make some baked treats for my family. Since they all love butterfingers I whipped them up a batch of Butterfinger cookie dough brownies. I love cookie dough brownies, and this is just a kicked version with chunks of real Butterfingers.

For this recipe I’m using the new baking mixes from Tollhouse, Brownies & More with Butterfingers and Cookies & More with Butterfingers. Made with no artificial preservatives the Brownies & More mixes allow you a delicious way to make a variety of treats. The back of the box has a few different recipe ideas and you can find more on Verybestbaking.com. The Tollhouse Baking & More mixes can be found in Kroger stores in the baking aisle next to all the baking mixes.

Cookies & More Butterfingers

Now let’s get started baking. This recipe is very easy to throw to together and requires only a few ingredients that I’m sure you already have in your home. You’ll need the Brownies & More with Butterfingers mix and Cookies & More with Butterfingers mix. The food thing about this recipe is you could also use the Brownies & More with Chocolate Morsales instead of the Butterfinger mix, if you wanted less Butterfinger, but who wants that? First you’ll make both of your mixes per the box directions. Next grease or line an 8 inch baking pan and pour in your brownie mix. Then you’ll take a cookie scoop (or a spoon will work) and you’ll drop balls of cookie dough into the brownie mix. Then you’ll bake at 325 for about 40 minutes.

Once the cookie dough brownies are done, let them cool, cover them with chocolate frosting (any will do), cut them up, and ENJOY!

I bet these would be great with a scoop of ice cream on top, with a heavy dose of caramel syrup.
