How to Store Cheesecake Cones

Cheesecake cones are best when they’re served shortly after being made, but you can make them a few hours in advance. My advice would be to assemble the cones and place the cheesecake filling in the fridge, then fill the cones with the cheesecake filling when they’re ready to be served.

Store them covered in the fridge until ready to serve.

Hi Jamie, my friend asked me to make strawberry crunch cones and your recipe was so simple and delicious! If I make the filling one day ahead, does it have to be re-whipped? Thank you!

No, it shouldn't need to be, but I would give it a good mix.
