Golden Box Tops Challenge

Now that school is back in session I’m enjoying the quiet of having one less kid home during the day. It makes getting errands done easier too. Our weekday schedule usually involves me dropping our daughter off at school and then heading out to do errands. I love getting out on weekday mornings because there are less people out. Have you ever been to Costco on a weekend? It’s something I love to avoid, but since we’re a family of 5 I like to do a lot of shopping for snacks and lunch items at Costco because I can buy in bulk. It means more snacks on hand and less trips to the grocery store, which makes life easier when you always have little people in tow.

When we go to Costco I stock up on cereal, snacks for the kids, and lunch items. Things like Cherrios, Granola Bars, Annie’s Mac n’ Cheese, and Ziploc bags are always on our list and the kids go through them quickly. When purchasing our favorite items I can collect Box Tops that will help our daughter’s school. Box Tops have been around for 20 years and they’re on a variety of General Mills products available at Costco. Box Tops work like this: buy select products with the Box Tops logo, submit the Box Tops to your child’s school, and each Box Top is worth 10¢. The school can then turn those Box Tops in for money that they can use to buy school supplies, equipment, or whatever items they need to help support the school.

Right now at Costco when you buy specially marked products you can earn additional Box Tops, which means more money for your child’s school. Select products at Costco have 8 additional Box Tops plus a special code that can be redeemed at CostcoBoxTops.com. When you submit that special code you could win 1 of 3,000 Box Tops Prize Packs through the Golden Box Tops Challenge

Are you a Costco shopper? Head to Costco and pick up your favorite participating General Mills products so you can join me in playing the Golden Box Tops Challenge where you could win 100 eBoxTops which is worth $10 for the school of your choice! View a full list of participating products here!

My son loves collecting box tops all year long for his school. It's a great way to help out.
