Thank you to Babbleboxx for sponsoring our healthy road trip snacks! #FoodFocusBBxx
It’s inevitable y’all. We get into the car and my kids are instantly hungry or they know we’re going out and have to grab a snack first. This happens ALL. THE. TIME. Fellow parents, I know y’all understand this, right? With March being National Nutrition Month and Spring Break being just around the corner I wanted to share with y’all some delicious snacks that are healthier for you and your littles, but are also great for being on the go or taking trips.
We just got back from a weekend away and I made sure to pack plenty of snacks for the road trip to Colorado Springs and back for the kids + snacks for while we were there. I’m a firm believer in feeding my kids a healthy balance of foods, but keep healthier snack options in higher stock. Thankfully my kids tend to grab the healthier snack options before junk and for our trip I made sure to pack a lot of healthier snack options that I knew they would love, like popcorn, granola bars, and crunchy veggie sticks.
Brew Dr. Kombucha
I’ve heard a lot about Kombucha over the years, but hadn’t tried it until recently. Brew Dr. Kombucha is an honest and authentic 100% raw kombucha with only naturally occurring live and active cultures, it’s a probiotic. It’s tasty, low sugar, low calorie, and a better for you drink. It helps with gut health and is a great daily drink to enjoy. I tried both the Clear Mind and Herbal Uplift flavors and really enjoyed the hints of mint in it.
Clear Mind – Their most popular flavor. A brilliant botanical flavor with notes of rosemary and sage. Each herb in the recipe is noted for its ability to assist in mental clarity and focus.
Herbal Uplift – This is the brew for the seasoned kombucha drinker. Made with medicinal herbs, this ideal blend aids in maintaining overall health and wellness.

Our daughter LOVED these and kept asking for more. I’m pretty sure she thought they were chips and would have ate a whole bag for snack time if I had let her. It’s the perfect toddler snack.
